Argh!
Narna has been a nipping at me rump, telling me to be pampering the Big Tooth and training him to understand us. Seems all a wee bit pointless in my humble opinion, I be saying we need to be getting my Space Rats down 'ere ASAP to find out about the Street Sleepers where abouts, aint safe out there with all thems cats running wild.
Keepin' Narna sweet as pie is what needs to be happenin' the now. Here be the picture of me and the Big Tooth....Socialising...

Big Tooth Boris
Ok Bandit has a point, I don't want to be forgotten either. I came to this place seeking shelter and females and found a pirat and a grumpy fat rat instead. The best of the bunch have popped off to fairyland... it seems only fair to keep them updated from this side of the forest.
It seems we have a new creature in our territory, Bandit is calling it a Big Tooth, Ham has called it Woof Yap....I think its really called a Boris, sent here to protect us from the feline over ruling that is happening out there.
Street Sleepers have gone into hiding, I completely understand their reasoning, after the Vermillion died unexpectedly all that are left are the peace keepers and the rogues from where Bandit came from, any sane rat would do well to keep them far away from here.
I have been harnessing my abilities to understand the language of Big Tooth since his arrival, it is fair to say sharing anything I find with him and bribing him with pieces of my poo -otherwise disguised as chocolate- has been playing in my favour.... It seems Boris the Big Tooth is being tamed by my approach, soon I will take control of the beast and have him at my beacon call!

Bandit
Its been three days
since Ed left for fairyland, Ham looks depressed alone in our cage.
The Keisha thought it would be better for him to go in the smaller
cage since he is on his own now. Narna keeps sniffing his direction,
I think he feels sorry for him but he is so hateful to us there is
nothing we can do, the Karl and Keisha are trying to get us to buddy
with him but he is just so..... mean, im not sure it is going to
work. The other night I heard her telling Ham he needs to try harder
than before now that Ed is gone. Im not sure he will ever be ready.

Bandit
I be watching Ed a
lot recently 'n thanks to 'im I am now a confident sofa jumper and
roam the vast land that is the floor. I even climb the places Ed
goes.. thinkin' I found his stash of monkey nuts too so I did, but
i'm not horrible enough to steal them. Ham keeps chasing me around
as well. It be hilarious, his belly swings a left and a right as he
tries desperately to catch me and fails, he normally gives up long
before I feel breathless.

Narna
I love when the keisha
finishes work she always comes in and greets me. I wait up for her
now as I know when she is due home and she always lets me out for a
little while for some huggles. Sometimes if im lucky she will feed me
something tasty too. Everyone else is asleep when she gets home so I
get so much more attention. Once I get put away I know I can sleep
well knowing she's home. All I want in life is to be a snuggle rat.
They keep trying to get me on the floor like Bandit but I much prefer
sitting and relaxing on the sofa with my humans. Plus... Ham still
scares me.

YAWN...
Bandit:
I be so bored in this
here cage, ain't enough platforms to clamber on, ain't enough bars to
throw meself up. I'm thinking I need in the other cage with Ham. Be
thinking it is about time Narna got himself a pair of strong balls
and stood up for 'imself. Just so's we can all share a cage. I want's
to be rat piling with my bigger crew members. Even going as far as
wishing on that big old star out there that be grantin' wishes. I
seen that cartoon bout the wooden boy that learns wishes do come
true. I'm thinkin' that there star made woman don't discriminate
against us ratties. We has wishes too. And mines be that we can all
just gets along.
Calling Girls!
Name: Banarna
Gender: Male
Age: 4 soft paws and
lotsa baby fur.
Hey my name is Banarna
AKA Narna, I am a young and wealthy rat, I have elite blood in my
veins and while I do suffer from Insomnia, I have plenty of energy. I
am seeking a female companion as my old one never came back. I live
with another male, I think he is from space...or some far off pirate
ship...maybe both. We have separate hammocks and eat from different
parts of the cage, we only need to share a litter tray. If you look
like Minnie Mouse please find me!
P.S We have a fat
grumpy neighbour and a neighbour that snores.

FOOD FIGHT!!!!
Bandit: Hoi! Narna.... -shoves out the hammock-
SUDDEN THUD AND STIRRING OF A WELL SHOVED RAT FILLS THE ROOM....
Narna: -wipes cheeks and yawns- I wish you would stop doing this Bandit....my butt can't protect me all the time.
Bandit: -runs down to Narna whilst Ham watches with shark like eyes- Wants to cause a riot??
Narna: -blinks in quick succession- A what?
Bandit: -rolls eyes and shoves Narna- A riot you pin head, -looks at Ham, now joined by a curious sleepy looking Ed-
Narna: -Follows Bandits gaze and slinks away- Gee...I dunno...
Bandit: -takes a splodge of left over jam and splats on Narna- FOOD FIGHT!
AND IN THAT MOMENT WAR BROKE LOOSE BETWEEN TWO CAGES THAT SEEMED WORLDS APART. WHILST NARNA HID IN SLIGHTLY TERRIFIED HORROR, HAM AND BANDIT TOOK TO THEIR FOOD STASH -AND THEIR CAGE MATES- AND BITS OF FOOD BEGAN TO FLY FROM ONE CAGE TO ANOTHER. ED RUSHED TO GRAB ANY VEGETATION THAT HE FELT WOULD SATE HIS VEGETARIAN NEEDS AND TRIED UNSUCCESSFULLY TO RE-STASH HIS....STASH. EVENTUALLY GIVING IN TO THE BATTLE AND THROWING A PEANUT AT NARNA, WHO...FOR SOME REASON TOOK OFFENCE AND FLUNG IT BACK....THIS HAD AWOKEN HIS INSTINCT...THE DARK ONE THAT LURKED INSIDE EVERY RAT....THE INSTINCT TO THROW FOOD AT ONE ANOTHER BEFORE THE OWNERS WOULD WAKE TO SEE THE MAYHEM GOING ON, THEY FINISHED THE WAR BY EATING THE LEFT OVER FOOD THAT DID NOT FALL TO THE FLOOR BETWEEN THE TWO CAGES. AND WITH PLUMP TUMS THEY RETIRED TO THEIR DESIGNATED BED CHAMBERS AND KNEW FRESH FOOD WOULD BE GIVEN ON THIS FATEFUL DAY.

Farewell
Mushu
Im not really sure what is going on, only twenty minutes ago I was playing and having such a wonderful time with my brother and Narna, I think I have broken Narna's shell a little and he is finally opening up to us both. Now I feel woozy, my tummy is fluttering like I nibbled a butterfly. I can't seem to catch my breath... I have to admit I am a little concerned.
The Keisha has noticed I'm looking a little on the pale side, not good at all she has held me a lot and I feel a little less scared. There's a calling in my ears.... It's telling me to follow them. I am not sure exactly who 'them' actually is but it smells nice and now that I'm resting in a snuggle hoodie I think I might investigate. After all it would be silly not to my whiskers would never stop twitching if I passed up such an opportunity... I feel kinda light, but they call to me much louder now...actually if I let my gaze just wander I can almost see them..... they are waiting!!! squeekers!! they seem to be waiting for me, and they are smiling! Oh if only I could show them to my buddies. How the Karl and Keisha would react to these.....these... fairies! Oh such wonderful creatures I think I might bounce over to them and say hello.... if I just relax my eyes....and slowly.... relax....their hands are helping.... such gentle hands soothing me into relaxation....closer...and closer to the fairies......I think I might just......
Narna: Wake up Bandit, Mushu is gone!
Bandit: What do you mean my brother be gone?
Narna: He just sort of.... popped off.
Bandit: …. To where?
Narna: He joined the fairies. Took him seconds to get there it did, oh his little body light flickered above him in such vibrant glow you should have seen him go... he looked so peaceful he did.
Bandit: Do you think we will go there too?
Narna: Of course we will Bandit....all rats must go to play with the fairies eventually. It's how we know we did what needs to be done.
Bandit: I will miss him though.
Narna: Oh always but you will meet again. Come lets rest in his beloved Hammock I have stored some chocolate drops for us already.
Mushu
in Fairyland
Fairies,
fairies everywhere,
Not
just in dreams,
They're
really there.
They
welcome me to their enchanted land,
With
love and warmth,
And
tender soft hands.
They
took me from a loving home,
Told
me this world was free to roam.
My
soul had completed its simple task,
A
rat like me free at last.
Many
friends I found in the forest,
Where
fairies dance,
And
flowers flourish.
Where
all creatures like me will one day meet,
Whether
to run and play,
Or
happily eat.

update
Narna
Is anyone out
there....this is me.... Banarna... I feel like its been an
eternity....I have finally found home, though I am not sure about the
residents that live with me. They have came from a far away place and
aside from their poor language and strange wordings they indeed seem
to have a fierce glow in their eyes. I will admit I have been hoping
to have a female companion however, since hooking up with the pretty
Hiccup I feel I am sated and can comfortably fall into Pet Life, my
parents would be proud! Their only Elite son to have made it into the
realm of pet, It did sadden me to leave my brother, so alone and
vulnerable. He used to get bullied so much for his extraordinary long
tail. I can only hope he finds his place in the world and doesnt fall
pray to the Vermillion. Speaking of... One of my resident naibours
seems to be marked Vermillion. Its apparent in the way he moves, much
like Igor and Quazzy Modo. He slurrs some of his words and sways. His
mind is far beyond broken and when he looks at me he seems to be
plotting my demise. He sniggers and scurries off to twiddle his bony
fingers and stare from a distance... I think something is wrong with
him. Just hours ago I watched him try to stash a load of peas and a
wrapper of some sort in a mop bucket.... Im not sure he knows quite
what the thing is used for but it seems to be his secret place. One
day when I can get off the sofa I must investigate.
Mushu
I miss the ship life
already somethink isn't normal about being on a surface that doesn't
sway or jolt as it shudders across land or sea... Bandit seems to be
enjoying 'imself. 'e hasn't even thought of contacting home to let
them know we are fine so I thought I'd do it instead. I hope we ain't
a planning on staying 'ere, the two legged beings are loud and their
taste in sound waves is by far the worst I be yet to encounter. They
keep trying to fondle me and grope at me. Ham, the Street Sleeper
says its a good thing to be handled and I should get used to it...I
be trying, and Narna is very helpful in showing me what to do and
what not to do. However as I write this it seems he has caught a
lurgy. He be coughing and sneezing. Bandit did warn 'im of the female
companion being viral. Ed the vermillion has interesting ways...I
watched him from me platform last night and he ate in his litter
tray, seems kinda odd considering its often a place
for....errr....poo. Im going to ask about this when I see him.
Bandit
Wooooooo!!! Land be
here! Took so long in getting off this 'ere ship I was getting a
right stiff nose. Ham my new land buddy is a great specimen of a rat.
Seems he knows how to control many a situations here on earth.....I
mean here on land. He be showing me about and teaching me the know
hows. Ain't very playful is Ham. Seems abit up tight be thinking he
need to loosen up. He fluffs up at any little thing. Take yesterday,
me and me crew were sittin' in our territory and I happen to be
watching when the other two were out, Ham crawled up on the lassie
and nipped her, shocking her and knocking him off onto his head, was
only a tail length of a fall but he got all fluffed up and well....
ratty. Tried telling her off he did, didn't much work out in his
favour, she picked him up and put him away. Had to hide a snigger at
his expense. He seems to be a proud beastie, likes his food and can't
get enough of ham. Be a fitting name he's landed. I saw a doodle he
drew before eating it... It was a drawing of a pig 'nd when I asked
about it after he ate it, he told me he thought the drawing would
taste like the real thing. He is a bit slow is that Ham. Wont be long
till I make him part of my deck and take his place as leader.
Mushu
Im finding life on the land rather quite something. People (males are called Karls and Females are called Keishas) are really fun to be with, I love being held and snuggled in their clothing and quite enjoy the company of our new friend Narna. Bandit doesn't quite trust him yet and he tries endlessly to bully him. I feel sorry for him so I stop my brother quite a lot of the time, getting myself into trouble with his unstable temper. I can handle him though, I have had 7 weeks of experience of handling such an ass of a brother. Its Narna I have issues with, though I try and try so hard he doesn't want to be my friend. I invite him into the hammock when I see him sleeping on the ground looking uncomfortable in his poop dish or curled in a corner. But he turns away from me and sometimes pushes me away. Last night I wept because he seems to be so lonely and always looks tired from discomfort in sleep. I have to make it my mission to be his friend.

Bandit
These 'ere bars be in
my way. I wanna explore and there be nothin' I can do to get out
without the help of the Keisha or Karl 'n they only help get me to
the soft land of what Ham calls a 'soofa' I tried to get down a
couple of times, I even be makin an escape the first night we was
out. Had thems humans rommaging and cutting open that soofa like a
fish belly thinking I be in there. Ham n Ed were looking upon them
with their eyes vibrating with so much happiness and amusement it
were great. Of course they knew I be under their cage hiding and
making for the book shelf. At one point the Keisha even looked over
at us and commented at the audience. Thought she would have spotted
me then harhar. Tiz gonna be fun livin' 'ere I be thinking. Narna is
a little bit sensetive needs hardened up, been treatin' him like part
of me crew and tryin' to toughen up the boy. Happens me brother Mushu
taken a liking to the fellow, keeps taking the beatings for him.
Makes me unhappy to fight me brother but be it Narna or Mushu my cage
be ruled with iron paws and a tail of steel.
Narna
I don't like this place
at all, much to my dismay Ham has decided he isn't rather fond of me
and has indeed taken to bullying me.With Ed and Mushu being there to
defend me I feel a little worthless in this home. I feel my only true
friend be the girl who snuggles me and keeps me safe. I wish she
would stop fearing my death when I sleep however. I think she needs
to relax. However Mushu looks a little sicky today. I popped down to
see him in the poop dish and he never even responded to my light
nudge. I thought it best I let him rest and get better.
